Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected, depending on the condition of the product.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution, but refunds are generally reflected in your account within 5 to 10 business days.

Important:

  • We do not accept returns of personalised or intimate products for hygiene reasons.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or returned without the original packaging may be rejected.
